We started Microliving Systems because the gap between "beautiful prefab concept" and "actually delivered, installed, and generating revenue" was too wide. Too many landowners and investors were left navigating permits, contractors, and logistics on their own.
Our answer was a fully turnkey system — engineered in the USA, fabricated with structural steel, and installed on your land in a single day. From first consultation to first booking, we handle everything.
The Story

Microliving Systems was founded on a simple belief: there should be a better way to bring premium micro-living to the land you love. Whether the goal is generating short-term rental income, creating a private retreat for yourself, or offering guests an unforgettable stay — the path to getting there was too complicated, too slow, and too uncertain.
We built our three-model lineup — The Compact 23, The Signature 37, and The Haven 37 — for landowners, hosts, investors, and anyone who wants a beautifully designed space that belongs in nature. Some clients build to earn. Others build to escape. Many do both.
Every pod leaves our facility fully finished. Electrical, plumbing, climate control, and cabinetry are all installed before delivery. Our team handles the installation from start to finish — you don't lift a finger on site. The unit arrives, our crew sets it, and it's ready for your first guest — or your first night — the same week.

With a background in finance, our founder spent years watching clients struggle to unlock the value sitting in their land — not for lack of ambition, but for lack of a clear, reliable path forward. He built Microliving Systems to be exactly that path: a streamlined, end-to-end solution that removes the friction between owning land and generating returns from it.
